Academic background: Preferred bachelor’s degrees include Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Management, Real Estate, or closely related fields.
Must have at least 3.0 GPA out of 4.0 (equivalent to a B‑average) for the last 60 undergraduate credit hours.
