Bachelor’s background & GPA: Requires a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
Minimum GPA: 3.0 out of 4.0 (≈ 75%). Indian degrees should be converted accordingly; higher GPA strengthens application.
Subject prerequisites: A strong foundation in core engineering subjects is expected:
Calculus I–III and Differential Equations
Linear Algebra
Thermodynamics
Fluid Mechanics
Materials Science
Mechanics of Solids/Dynamics
Programming fundamentals (C, MATLAB, Python)
Lab or project work related to mechanical systems.
