Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.E.) in engineering, architecture, environmental or physical sciences, environmental science & policy, business, management, economics, or construction management is required.
Minimum GPA: Typically 3.0 out of 4.0 is required for admission; average successful applicants often have 3.3–3.5 / 4.0.
