Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or closely related fields is required.
GPA requirement: Strong academic record; international GPAs should be converted to the U.S. 4.0 scale (e.g., a 7.5/10 ≈ 3.0/4.0).
Subject Prerequisites: Solid foundation in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, and genetics.
Coursework in laboratory techniques, biochemistry lab, or equivalent is highly recommended.
