Bachelor’s Background & GPA: Applicants must hold a professional undergraduate degree such as BArch, MArch, BLA, MLA, or similar (including BTech, BEng, MBBS, BPharm, etc.) —essentially a 4-year degree, or a 3-year degree plus a master’s to meet eligibility.
A minimum final-year average equivalent to “mid-B” at U of T is required. For Indian applicants, typically: 1st Class / Division: 8.0/10 (general), 7.5/10 for IITs, A-: 9.0/10 (general), 8.5/10 for IITs, B+: 8.5/10 (general), 8.0/10 for IITs.
A design portfolio is mandatory—minimum of five creative samples.
