Bachelor’s degree required in Chemical Engineering or related fields such as Chemistry, Biotech, Materials, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
GPA: Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 (either overall or last 60 semester credits). UW typically considers applicants around 3.5+, although the Graduate School requires ≥3.0
Have earned at least a 3.0 grade-point-average (on a 4 point scale).
Strong preparation in:
General Chemistry & Organic Chemistry
Calculus, Differential Equations
Physics.
Any other core Chemical Engineering fundamentals (e.g., reaction engineering, transport phenomena).
