A 4‑year bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (any country equivalent) is required, ideally in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or related built‑environment discipline. Applicants from other backgrounds may still apply if they have significant professional experience in construction or complete UW’s Certificate in Construction Management.
Minimum GPA: 3.0 out of 4.0, based on the last 60 semester credits (or 90 quarter credits) of graded coursework. In practice, stronger applicants tend to have higher GPAs.
