Academic Background & GPA: Indian bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
Minimum GPA: 3.0 out of 4.0 over the last 60 semester credits (~last two years); Indian marks converted to 4‑point scale.
Applicants must have solid foundations in: Data Structures & Algorithms (e.g. CS 2420 or equivalent, with grade C or higher)
Strong programming experience, especially in C++ or modern language.
Understanding of calculus and statistics fundamentals
If your degree is not EE/CPE/CS, you may need additional undergraduate prerequisite courses such as Microelectronics, Signals & Systems, Operating Systems etc. These may be taken concurrently with grad courses, subject to departmental approval.
