Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Applicants ideally have foundational knowledge or interest in information systems, technology, or management.
Minimum GPA: 3.0 out of 4.0 (approximately a B‑average). A cumulative GPA of 2.70 or higher is required to earn the degree at WashU.
Subject prerequisites (ideally before applying or satisfied early in the program): Fundamentals of IT (bridge course INFO 5509 available if required). IT governance & risk management, IT architecture & infrastructure. Enterprise data management and cybersecurity basics. Analytical skills and interest in data‑driven decision‑making. Management and leadership in technology settings.
