Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) from a recognized university.
Minimum GPA: 2.75/4.0 for regular admission, 2.5–2.74/4.0 for qualified admission (applicants with this GPA may be considered if stronger in other areas such as professional experience). Indian students should ideally aim for at least ~3.0/4.0 to be competitive.
Relevant bachelor’s backgrounds: degree holders in mechanical, electrical & computer engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or related STEM disciplines are especially suitable; but other STEM degrees considered if foundation is strong.
Prerequisites: strong foundation in programming (Python or software engineering), control systems/mechatronics, cyber‑physical systems or robotics fundamentals, data/systems modelling, and mathematics/statistics (e.g. linear algebra, calculus).
