Bachelor’s Degree: You must have completed an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution (or its international equivalent).
Indian Bachelor’s (3- or 4-year) is accepted. Three-year degrees are eligible. If transcripts/diplomas are not in English, you need both the originals and authorized English translations. Wharton expects competitive academic records. There is no hard minimum GPA stated in many cases, but admissions are competitive. Indian students should try to convert or interpret their scores in terms of US-scale (4.0) if possible, though Wharton accepts international grading schemes with explanations. It is not strictly mandatory to have many years of work experience, but the average class has about 5-6 years between undergraduate completion and start of MBA.
