Academic Entry Requirements & Background: You need an Honours bachelor’s degree at NFQ Level 8 (Irish standard) with at least a 2.2 (lower second class) in a related discipline such as Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Architectural Technology or other science/engineering fields.
Indian percentage equivalent: aim for at least ~60% (≈6.0 CGPA). No strict subject prerequisites—but your undergraduate study should be cognate to construction/project management. SETU may also accept applicants via a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) route if you have relevant work experience or professional qualifications; you'll need to submit a portfolio and possibly attend an interview.
