Must hold an honours bachelor’s degree (2nd‑class honours minimum, i.e. ~60% in India) in a built‑environment related field: Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Architectural Technology or Architectural Science. отраход candidates with degrees in other fields + relevant work experience may be considered under SETU’s Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) policy. Indian GPA/percentage target: generally at least 55–60%, ideally ≥ 60% to be safe. No specific prerequisite subjects beyond being from a cognate discipline; the programme is cross-disciplinary in management of the built environment.
