Applicants need a minimum Upper Second-Class Honours (2.1) degree (≥ 60 %) or equivalent, in: Medicine (MB, BCh, BAO), Veterinary Science (B Vet Sci), Dentistry, or Life sciences such as Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related biological science.
Applicants are expected to have: A strong foundation in molecular and cellular biology, especially immunology concepts. Good grasp of genetics and biochemistry. Familiarity with lab-based research methods, experimental design, and data analysis. Background in clinical or applied immunology (for medicine/veterinary graduates). Analytical thinking and scientific reasoning capabilities. Evidence of research or lab experience (projects/internships encouraged).
