UCL's minimum qualifications are a lower second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard. However, there is a heavy demand for places on this program, and in practice, a significantly higher standard will be required unless the applicant can offer professional qualifications or five years or more relevant practical experience.
