A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Physical Planning is required.
A minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 is expected in undergraduate studies.
Applicants should have strong design skills and previous academic/professional experience in urban or physical design.
A portfolio demonstrating design work is mandatory.
