Your undergraduate degree should ideally show strong quantitative and analytical coursework/background. GPA (Grade Point Average): There is no hard minimum GPA stated, but the average admitted GPA is about 3.65 out of 4.0. Indian students should convert their grades to a 4.0 scale and aim for high performance especially in quantitative or business-relevant subjects.
Work Experience: Although no strict minimum, most admitted students have around 5 years of full-time professional work experience. This helps (for leadership, professional maturity etc.).
