A Level‑8 honours bachelor’s degree (1st or 2nd class honours) in any discipline (engineering, architecture, business, design, science, etc.) is accepted.
Alternatively, a Level‑7 ordinary degree or 3rd class honours (Level 7) may be considered if accompanied by at least five years of relevant industrial experience, or a professional qualification plus five years’ experience.
Indian bachelor’s degrees generally map to: ≥ 65% marks or GPA ≥ 3.3/4.0 for honours entry, or ≥ 60–65% plus five years’ experience for the Level 7 route.
No strict subject prerequisites are required, but degrees from civil engineering, construction management, architecture, business, sustainability, or digital technologies are typical backgrounds reflecting relevance.
